I found and used this very simple guide:Sadly it's in Italian cause it's my native language, but it guides you step by step and probably you could just figure it out using Google translate. It gives you a download for exactly all the stuff you need in a zip folder, including CFG, an USB loader, which is the kind of homebrew app that lets you launch game ISOs (converted into WBFS) from your external storage. Though most people prefer USB loader GX, i haven't had any problems with CFG yet.You'll also want to get Wii Backup Manager, which is a program that lets you transfer and convert the ISOs into WBFS for them to be playable from your external storage, and does a bunch of other useful stuff.
