I have the same problem and it is quite random.The only way I found that seems to stabilize the behavior for some time is to open Chemdraw alone (i.e. Not via a Word document, for example), to arrange the toolbars and to close via the File - Exit Chemdraw menu (and not with Alt+F4).It is probably voodoo but it seems to work sometimes.Edit 1: You might want to look around 'C:ProgramDataCambridgeSoftChemOffice2015ChemDrawGUIChemDraw Professional' to see if some files change or not when you close ChemDraw after a modification etc.
